「ロバース投手はブルージェイズのプロスペクト7位の右オーバーハンドピッチャー。VTRを見る限り、130キロ前後のカーブと140キロ前後のスライダーのキレがよく、空振りを取れている。アングルが限定されているが、真ん中からボールゾーンに落ちていくボールは左右の曲がりよりも上下の落差に鋭さがあるように感じられて、打者はスプリットに近い感覚で空振りさせられている印象がある。この２球種はメジャー昇格の上で大きな武器になるだろう。」

KAISPO’s baseball analyst comments:
“Robberse is Blue Jay's No.7 prospect righty. He can strike out well with low 80s MPH curveballs and sliders with mid to late 80s. Although the Angle is limited, his curveball and slider falling into the ball zone from the middle seem sharper in the up-down drop than in the left-to-right. I think the batters he faced were forced to swing with a feeling similar to a split-finger fastball. These two types of pitches would be great weapons in his promotion to the major.”
