 Josh James, rookie RHP brought a win to the Astros over the Mariners, 7-0.
The right hander held the Mariners scoreless in the first 5 1/3 innings for his first victory in a big league. 

 In the forth, Marwin Gonzalez belted a two-run homer, his 16th of the season to expand a lead to 4-0 just after the Astros had two runs. In the seventh, Brian McCann hit a RBI single. Still more the Astros added two runs to assure a victory in the eighth. 

Four relievers after James combined to pitch a shutout.
