   Daniel Vogelbach’s gland slam lifted the Mariners over the Astros, 4-1. The powerful rookie hit two homers in two games in a row. 
  About the offense of Seattle, in the eighth inning after the Mariners had scoreless seven innings, they got a base-loaded chance with 2 outs. Then, pinch hitter Daniel Vogelbach replaced Guillermo Heredia. The rookie hit his first career grand slam, his fourth of the season off Hector Rondon to go ahead, 4-1 from 1-0. 
  About the defense of Seattle, starter, Wade LeBlanc had a game-making pitching with 5.1 frames and 1 ER.  Adam Warren pitched IP 0.2 just after the southpaw left in the 6th. Ryan Cook pitched a scoreless 7th, earning his 2nd win. Alex Colome, who relieved Cook, shutout the 8th with his 28th hold.
