The 32-year-old right hander played for the San Diego Padres in 2015, the Hiroshima Carp from 2016 to 2018 in Japan, and the Milwaukee Brewers in 2019. This season he covered 30.1 frames in relief with a 4.45 ERA with 47 strikeouts. Jackson sported a 4.67 ERA with 51 strikeouts over 34.2 inning pitches in the big league while posting a 2.10 ERA with 192 strikeouts in 176 frames in Japanese league.
