決勝（2019年11月10日神宮球場）;
国士舘 6-0 帝京

国士舘、東京都大会連覇、７度目のV。エース中西が２試合連続完封。
国士舘は11月15日から開幕する明治神宮大会に東京地区代表として出場する。

敗れた帝京は、関東大会８強で敗れた 西武台（埼玉）、花咲徳栄（埼玉）等と選抜出場枠を争うことになりそうだが、決勝の試合内容から厳しい状況となった。全国各地区優勝校が集う明治神宮大会の優勝チームの所属地区に選抜一般選考枠が付与されるが、東京地区の国士舘か関東地区代表の #健大高崎（群馬）が優勝した場合に僅かながら可能性が出てくることになる。

Kokushikan 6-0 Teikyo

Kokushikan had the championship to defeat Teikyo.
They won successive victories and had their 7th title totally.
Kokushikan’s ace, Kento Nakanishi, made two consecutive complete games. This has ensured their invitation to the Spring National Invitational High School Baseball Tournament. 

They are going to participate in one of the national tournament, the Meiji Jingu Baseball Tournament starting on November 15 as a representative for Tokyo.

By the loss, Teikyo has faced difficult situations to be invited to the Spring National Invitational High School Baseball Tournament. 
To extend the chance to take part in the Spring, Teikyo needs a victory of Kokushikan or Kendai Takasaki (representative for Kento area) in the Meiji Jingu Baseball Tournament. But, there will be a small chance of Teikyo’s invitation because the Seibudai high school and the HanasakiTokuharu high school had a better game in the quarterfinals of the Kento area tournament than Teikyo.
