2023 WBC Star player Vol.12: Tim Anderson, “Powerful hitting and cannon arm with a high physical ability”-Possible player for the USA-

I'm introducing the Chicago White Sox's leadoff man, Tim Anderson, who can join the USA team in the 2023 World Baseball Classic, depending on his recovery from his injury.

Tim Anderson was selected with the 17th overall selection in the first round of the 2013 MLB draft. He made his big league debut in 2016 and became a leading player on the team the following year.

The 29-year-old player became the American League batting champion with .335 in 2019 and marked .332 with 2nd place in the American League to receive the AL Silver Slugger Award in 2020, shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The right-handed leadoff man made his All-Star debut and maintained a high batting average of .309, the fourth-best in the American League.

The White Sox placed Tim Anderson on the injured list because of a sagittal band tear on the left middle finger on August 9 this year. After then, he missed the rest of the games but hit .301 and six homers with 25 RBIs in 79 contests this season.
