2023 WBC: Star player VOL.6: Nolan Arenado, "St.Louis' Best 3B man," Possible player to join the USA

Today's player is the St.Louis Cardinals' slugger Nolan Arenado, who batted cleanup for the USA in the 2017 World Baseball Classic.

The Colorado Rockies selected Nolan Arenado in the second round of the 2009 MLB draft and fifty-ninth overall and made his big league debut in 2013. In the year, he appeared 133 games, hitting .267 with ten homers and 52 RBIs and becoming the second third-baseman's rookie with the National League (NL) Gold Glove Award.

The right-handed slugger marked 42 home runs and 130 RBIs to lead the league in 2015. Arenado corrected 41 shots and 133 RBIs the following year to acquire the two titles for the second year in a row. 

Arenado is a complete player to have, surprisingly, continued to win the NL Gold Glove Award in his 10th straight season since his debut, including this season, seven consecutive All-Stars, and the NL Platinum Glove in six straight years.

The five-time NL Silver Slugger has led the league in home runs three times and RBIs twice so far.

The 31-year-old notable player is said to be the all-time best third baseman. Both his batting and fielding have impressively attracted many baseball fans.
