The season-closing four-game set between the #Texas Rangers and New York #Yankees opened at Globe Life Field, Arlington, Texas, on October 3, EST. Yankees' superstar, Aaron #Judge, to aim at the American League single-season home run record, and a Triple Crown, started the game as a lead-off hitter and right fielder.

Judge had 1 for four with a strikeout and could not hit a record-making home run. He is still in a homer-birth plain.

In the last seven games in which pitchers were very careful of the slugger, he was out of form with a .222 average, a home run, twelve walks, and eight strikeouts.

He is still leading the American League in home runs and RBI. But, his batting average of .311 went down to second place after Minnesota's first baseman, Luis Arraez.
